A Legacy that Transcends Industry Consolidation
Before the consolidation of San Miguel Corporation’s food and beverage businesses under San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. (SMFB) in 2018, SMFB, formerly named San Miguel Pure Foods Company Inc., a publicly listed company in the Philippines since 1973, was engaged purely in the food business through its operating subsidiaries comprising San Miguel Foods.
SMFB continued all corporate governance policies and practices developed by San Miguel Foods before such consolidation, which policies and practices are still adopted and observed by San Miguel Foods today.
