    No.

  • What is the duration of the contract?

    The contract duration ranges from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years if you own the property.

  • How much does it cost to franchise?

    As low as Php 650,000 (depending on the store type).

  • What is included in the cost?

    Construction, equipment, signages, starter kits, training, and initial inventory 

  • What is included in the initial inventory?

    The initial inventory includes raw materials, packaging, and other consumable items worth Php 50,000

  • Does CHICK ‘N JUICY assist in scouting locations?

    Scouting and shortlisting feasible locations should be taken care of by the applicant. At present, we only assist in assessing and approving proposed sites.

  • What’s a good location to establish a kiosk/hole in the wall?

    We recommend establishing kiosks in mixed commercial and residential areas near terminals, public markets, churches, schools, offices, and other areas with heavy foot traffic.

  • In which areas are you offering franchise opportunities?

    We are currently offering franchising opportunities in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, and Rizal (except Antipolo) as of the moment. Please stay tuned to our social media pages for any updates or changes in our franchise coverage. 

  • What is your minimum required space?

    Minimum of 12 - 15 square meters, with 3-meter frontage.

  • On average, how long is your ROI (Return Of Investment)?

    It depends on the location, but on average, 18 months.

  • What is the percentage range for cost of goods sold?

    55% - 65%.

  • Do employees receive complimentary cooking training?

    Yes, we provide training for free. However, there is a meal budget of P600 per crew member, which is consumable. This amount goes directly to the training store as sales.

  • What are your modes of payment?

    Mode of payment for raw materials is through bank transfer.

  • How long is the average turnaround time from application to approval? (signing to opening)

    Average turnaround time is six to eight weeks, starting from the approval of the Letter of Intent and Proposed Site.

  • How much is the renewal fee?

    There is no renewal fee as of the moment.

  • Should I be a corporate employee to franchise?

    Not necessarily. As long as you have the capital and operating budget to run the business, then you can apply as a franchisee.
